About Carol Jensen
Dr. Jensen received her PhD in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. She has held executive R&D,
marketing, and general management positions at IBM, 3M and Dow Chemical.
Each of these companies are corporate icons for innovation and success. Each have very different corporate cultures and
views of how to make money. And each have, at different times and different ways, struggled with their own self renewal and
their ability to sustain profitable growth. As a result, Dr. Jensen has intimate insights into those factors which most significantly
influence future success and was able to develop quantitative analyses that allow senior leadership to clearly understand
the health and alignment of their own organizations.
Dr. Jensen currently sits on the Board of Directors of Rogers Corporation. In addition, she is a commercial pilot and
flight instructor with an avid interest in aviation safety, serving as an FAA safety counselor, member of the board of directors
of the Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association and National Director for an aviation safety seminar series. She serves as an
Angel Flight pilot.
About Howard Evans
Dr. Evans received his PhD degree from the California Institute of Technology and has held senior management positions
in technology and product development at IBM and 3M.
Howard joins us as an exceptionally talented technology strategist. He is able to analyze key business assets and articulate
the strengths and opportunities for maximum return.
Howard is presently Dean of Engineering at the National University in San Diego, CA.
