AN UPDATE ON ACTUAL CAPS EXPERIENCES HAS RECENTLY BEEN PUBLISHED.  RESULT?  CAPS WORKS VERY WELL WHEN USED, OFTEN IN SITUATIONS EXCEEDING THE POH MINIMUMS. BUT, IT CAN'T WORK IF YOU DON'T USE IT.  PLAN ON DISCUSSING CAPS DURING YOUR NEXT TRAINING SESSION. READ THE REPORT!!
